Nothing is really going to cutCuts and puncture wounds the pain a lot until you can get rid of the C. diff, and from your post I'm not sure whether or not the C. diff has cleared. You need to make sure that you have a follow-up test to make sure the anitbiotics that were used to get rid of the C. diff did the job they were supposed to. There are cases in which the antibiotics don't get rid of the problem - so double check. And make sure the C. diff hasn't left another problem - pseudomembranous colitis.
The probiotics will add some decent bacteria that may help. A decent brand is Culturelle which can be found at most drug stores, but make sure to call and ask if they carry it.
