Problem digeting meats

I had mononucleosis one year ago and now when I eat meat I feel nauseous, my head gets cloudy, and I start to feel sleepy.  Is there some reason this could happen?

If it's red meat, it takes a lot of effort to digest  it.  All your body's energy will go for that and make you tired.  I can't explain your head being cloudy, so it may be best to see your doctor.  There's a new study that just came out from Johns Hopkins Hospital about how bad red meat is for us.  I get nauseous just looking at it!
