Problems after Bowel movements.

Problems after Bowel movements.

In the morning, when I wake up, i head for the bathroom to take a #2, i take the #2 and almost empty out all my intestines. soon after, within minutes, i can feel something, chemical or  liquid or sumthing from lower abdomen start to secrete, soon after it secretes or moves up to upper abdomen along with it carrying a uncomfortable type feeling, then within a couple of hours it reaches the esophagus and chest area and then within an hour or two it reaches the throat and i have a need to hack out mucus which is yellow or white, then after i hack out the stuff my chest and stomach is very sore and eventually i go into a panic/anxiety attack.

What the hell is going on here? is this a appendix issue? gallbladder issue? liver issue? bile issue?
what can i do to find out whats going on
ive had a colonoscopy and they said everything was fine. i had a cat scan and ultrasound done of abdomen and they found an enlarged appendix, but when DR pushes down on lower right side of stomach, there is no pain so dr rules out any appendix problems.

Im really stuck here, and im very convinced that my panic attacks are being caused by an issue in the abdomen area. any help towards this matter will be highly appreciated

God Bless all who are suffering.
