Pronto Dry Test

Hello, I have a question recently after going through endoscopy and its biopsy (from the esophageal and stomach) by doctor. He was saying to check about my problem of esophageal and H.pylori. The tissue taking from the biopsy was put to Pronto Dry test. He then gave me the Pronto Dry and ask me to bring it back after 1 week for follow up treatment. The color of the ring in Pronto Dry remains as yellow for 3 days. At the 4th day it became pink color. So, I brought back the Pronto Dry at the 8th days (still in pink color) and the doctor said my result is positive with present of H.pylori in my stomach.

I did a general search on internet and mostly it said that the results can be known after 1 hour. But, my doctor never said anything after 1 hour from the endoscopy. He just ask me to bring back the Pronto Dry after 1 week. (Just for additional information, the ring in Pronto Dry has change back to yellow after 10 days.) .

So,  my question are:-

1. What is the normal procedure to read Pronto Dry test result?

2. Am I diagnose with H.pylori positive where the Pronto Dry changed color only after 4th days and not within 1 hour?
