I started to eat more Fiber foods none the less (brown bread, white meat, fish) along with salads more rice, whole meal cereal etc.
The chest pain continued to worsen, after some time I went to my GP, he took my Blood pressure
, all was fine, he said it was Anxiety and Prescribed Propanalol 80mg 1 a Day slow release Capsules.
I've been taking these for just over a week and The chest pain has subsided nearly completely - apart from on occasions (1 every 2-3 days) I get a VERY bad chest pain, lasting around 1-2 minutes.
Symptoms I have been having and worrying about are:
- Sweating
hands nearly constantly
- Tingling in my left lower back near the kidney area
- Pressure in my lower left abdomen that feels like it is moving sometimes slowly to the right and back to the left.
- When breathing in it feels like i have a small amount of flem (phlegm) on my chest, however when I cough around 80% of the time it is a normal cough not chesty and 20% it is very chesty.
- Small throbbing in my upper right leg on the inside of the leg.
I don't know if these are related - but related or not I would like to know what's going on here.
I'm a 19 year old 6 ft 2, Not very active but i walk around 20 minutes a day with my dog at least when I'm not at work.
I eat an average diet, recently cut out almost all fats / sugars that arent benificial to me. and of course was put on propanalol.
