Protruding Abdomen

What could cause a distended belly? An ultrasound has ruled out fluid build up or tumors. I've done colon cleanses but nothing helps-dieting, exercise, nothing! Is it possible my abdominal wall has herniated? It does hurt when I press on my belly.

have you gone to a gi doc/a gastrointerologist? Have you had a xray on your torso done? This is all I can offer, cuz for myself, that was what Id suffered from, and many other symptoms, back when I was a teen; my tummy was extended and hard, and it hurt inside and out and when docs did xray he came back, put it on the screen showed my ma and me, and said; do you see whats wrong...?....well we didnt (now I know,lol) what we saw was an xray of the torso, yes but it was all shaded in... I said well I dont see nothing but gray everywhere...he said exactly...and explained that not to be funny or harsh/cuz Im not, but I was literally full of poop and or gas.,...and I was the worst he's ever seen.... NOW I have no clue if thats same for you, but one truth is: it is in your tummy or general area so I HIGHLY recommend going to that type of doc asap... now plz note, they may need to do many tests to figure out cause, OR  they may not want to, and try to say u're fine that simple methods may work...which u already know isnt so... BTW IF u do have what my xray showed than I caution u that if youre told to do enemas,lax,water softners,anti gas meds etc etc, to "fix" problem, I would say, you yourself chose to follow some of that advice lil by lil not all at once like theyd say, BECUZ tho it may work for you, it didnt for me and it made me WORSE...I got sicker from it, becuz those items not just aids but makes poo,etc and my issue, I later figured out on my own was I had issue to contract,etc to expel...which a diet change/drinks incl. worked wonders :) That is all I can give u, hope it helped :)
