Pulse on left side above hipbone?

hello! I am a 17 year old girl who weighs 106lbs.

Around 5pm today(its 1am now), I noticed a pulse? on my left side in between my hipbone and ribs. I can see my skin moving up and down and I can feel it. Before I get into it more I just wanna say, I've gotten this before. I sometimes get this on my arms and I've gotten it on my stomach/abdomen before too. But I am a more paranoid person then I was years ago so this is kinda freaking me out even though I've gotten this before. I have never found answers and I haven't told my mom. I have no pain. No other symptoms, this is just really annoying. And I don't know if this really means anything but, Ive been broken out in hives as well for 2 and half weeks now, all up my sides, stomach,chest,legs,inner thighs.. I don't know if this would have anything to do with that pulsing but I wanted to put that out there. I also have like bowel problems? I haven't actually been diagnosed with IBS but I kinda diagnosed myself. I also feel kinda bloated? I never know what being bloated feels like but idk my stomach just doesn't feel right. The pulsing isn't fast and it's sort of on and off? I don't know, this is just strange and I'm having anxiety because of this because I don't understand what this is.
