Query for gastroenterologist

My father is 70yrs old with parkinsons.
Since last 2 wks he has noticed live worms of approx.1cm coming out of oral cavity on gargling.
I have given albendazole400mg 1hs for 3 days but still the problem persists.
Please advice if any further investigations required.
Could it be anything other yhan roundworms..and if so how to differentiate?
These are 1cm long worms wriggling in motion and blackish green in colour.
I would like to make a point that since he is on levadopa..he has chronic constipation.
Please advice further course of action
Thank you...dr jawahar

Have you actually seen the worms? If so, you could post a picture. If not, maybe your father is suffering from the side effects of the levadopa. So maybe there are no worms.
