Question about Gastritis

Okay for a few years I have been having stomach issues but they haven't been bad until last year. I had been going to doctor after doctor to find out what was wrong when I finally came across this doctor who did all types of blood work on me and he said that it came back positive for H plyrori which he explained was an ulcer so he prescribed me some medicine. However, the medicine didn't work and I was just as bad as I was when I first went to go see him, this was back in November of 2010 so he said he was afraid that maybe the ulcer had cut through my stomach lining and had referred me to a specialist to have an endoscopy done.

On March 29, 2011 I had my endoscopy done and once it was all said and over with they had gave me the pictures of it. You can tell it showed that my stomach was inflammed and the nurse had even said it was but she said she can't go into details about it to follow up with the specialist. So I made an appointment for the specialist and I couldn't get seen for a whole month afterwards. When I went to my appointment he said that I had what they call a lazy stomach, that it takes almost 24 hours for the food in my stomach to digest my food. But said there was nothing they could do for me any further and that I have to take Reglan for the rest of my life but I had told him that when I take Reglan it gives me severe Chest Pains but he said that I have to take it anyways.

Now I didn't think about it before but the pictures they have gave me, on the bottom of the left picture it says "Gastritis-antrum" and on the bottom of the second picture which is on the right hand side it says "Barrett's Epithelium-distal third of the esophagus" Now my concern is more with what it means. Is it more serious than what the specialist had let on? Should I seek another specialist? I'm going to go back to my primary doctor next week. What does the pictures mean? I'm very concerned because I've been feeling really sick to my stomach and it's getting worse, I've been getting very dizzy too and the medicine he prescribed for me doesn't work but he says that's the only thing he can give me and I have to take it either way. It has gotten to the point where it's hard for me to be able to go to work because I'm just constantly in pain. Any help would be greatly appreciated, any advice too.

Here are my symptoms. Are these yours? I haven't been able to find anyone to help me. I'm a 51 year old female.  I have had IBS for years. I had a endoscopy and colons copy 2 years ago.  Family history of colitis, polyps etc.  Doctor said I had IBS d/c. Both a combination makes it hard to treat. About a mon ago I started bleeding rectally bright red blood and vomiting. He performed another endo and colonoscpy. He said I had gastritis and is treating me for such. I still have man concerns.  Prior to bowels moving I will start to have stomach cramps, vomit and then bowel movement.  This takes about 20 minutes and very nauseous. It is followed by more diarrhea and cramping. This happens so frequently that if traveling I simply don't eat while others do.  It's any foods and cant pin point a pattern just know it's getting increasingly worse. I am trying a few med such as aciphex to see if it helps my stomach but I need to understand e vomiting before movement and no one seems to be able to help.
