Questionable Carcinoid Diagnosis

Was wondering if anyone can interpret my situation regarding a carcinoid diagnosis. Have had bouts of facial flushing for the past 3 years or so ( I am 26) mostly stress, heat, sleep, sun, related but can be quite intense, have had chronic belching for about the same time, varying in severity from once a second to once every few minutes, or hardly at all, can be explosive or just a low rumble. Diarrhea started about 1 year ago and has gotten worse, mostly just loose, sometimes watery, but can happen up to 8 times a day and a minimum of three, seems to accompany the belching. Night sweats occasionally. Otherwise in good shape and have plenty of energy just flushed sometimes and have loose bowels.

I had  2  24 hour urine tests done for 5hiaa, the first came back as 15.8 with 6 being normal. They hadn't told me to avoid certain foods, but I don't think I ate anything on the list anyway. The second came back as 8.4. I had a CgA blood test done which came back as 190 with below 225 being normal. I then had an octreotide scan done, they found questionable liver uptake. Two foci of slightly brighter than the background questionable increased activity within sections 5 and 6 of the liver. Otherwise normal. They suggested a CT scan since it was questionable. The CT scan came back normal.

So where should I go from here? Are there any other possibilities that might explain my symptoms. How likely would it be to be carcinoid syndrome still? I would accept rosacea accept that 2 dermatologists said it was not rosacea And what about going to the bathroom so many times a day, and why so much belching? There has to be something wrong with my GI tract. I have been tested for celiacs, h pylori, parasites, anti periatal cells, hiatal hernia (upper gi), and have tried avoiding almost every food. Crohn's or Ulcerative Colitis don't seem to fit my symptoms but what do I know. Any advice would be very helpful.  Thanks.

Forgot to mention, I had two thyroid tests come back normal, and have low blood pressure so no pheocytoma.
