RE: Anything else other than IBS?

I just had an abdominal CT Scan and Colonoscopy done...biopsies as well; but everything came back normal and negative and clear (for which I am grateful) but now they say its IBS and all the medications they have tried me on before don't work at all....yet when I take an Ibuprofen for the pain it works on an off, so are there any nerves or inflammation conditions of the stomach that I am not aware of yet? BEcause this severe pain is pretty bad
