RE: Localized Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, low grade fever

For the past 3 days I have been experiencing a pain in my upper abdomen. It is not severe pain, but more like burning along with diarrhea. Today I have developed a low grade fever along with the other symptoms. The diarrhea has only occured twice today, but the pain in abdomen is still there continuously. I am very concerned that this might be something serious, and I don't know if I should wait for till Monday to see the Dr. or go to the ER. The pain is localized and has not moved to any other areas. Could you please tell me what this might be?
