The ALT is moderately elevated. The causes can range from alcohol use, medication side effects, or liver/gallbladder disease.
If you are taking alcohol or medications like Tylenol, I would abstain from this and repeat the test values in a few weeks. Although possible, I am not aware of lisinopril leading to an elevated ALT level.
Reasonable initial testing can include blood tests to look for hepatitis as well as an ultrasound to image the liver and gallbladder.
