Raised alt ast &ggt normal alp

I have recently been given blood test results with an alt 53 ast 37 and ggt 43 and normal alp of 86. I was told I should have a liver ultrusound. But were not clear as to why. I recently was treated for a urine infection with Keflex and had to repeat treatment. I took the blood test 2-3days after finishing the Keflex could this have also effected the results.
