Random Vomiting & Hives in Adult Female

I vomit randomly (about once a week) with no other symptoms and very little warning.  I have also been experienceing hives and my skin is often itchy.  Is it a food allergy or could it be something else?

It could be a food intolerance issue. With the presence of a rash, you may want to look into the possibility of celiac disease. Check with your doc about getting some testing done.
