Dear PDA,
Bleeding ulcers usually present with vomiting of blood, black bowel movements or bright red blood per rectum as signs of the bleeding.  With the loss in intravascular volume, patients may feel dizzy or even faint when they stand up, have weakness and symptoms of cardiac disease.  The heart does not have sufficient oxygen (because of the loss of blood) and symptoms of fatigue, unexpected shortness of breath when doing routine tasks and possibly congestive heart failure can result..
You need to see your physician or the nearest Emergency
Rroom today to have your hemoglobin level checked and blood transfusions administered if necessary.
Best of luck.
