I have had upper GIs to see if I have an ulcer, hernia, or gallbladder problems, but nothing found. About a month ago and again today

I tried to look at info regarding hernias and upper GI problems,
but really haven't found anything that describes symptoms including
the radiating pain up to my

Throat swab culture is suddenly
cutCuts and puncture wounds off and nausea feeling sets in). After a while (maybe about
20 minutes or less), the pain leaves, but it is VERY intense when
it does happen.
I think I feel a small knot below my
sternumSternum - view of the outside (anterior), but I am not sure.
When I went to the doctor's for the GI, I told them the pain I feel
almost all the time is a soreness just below my right rib. My stool
is sometimes dark, but he found no blood.
Do you have any ideas? I have no insurance, and therefore can't
afford to go to a doctor (most won't take you around here without insurance).

The pain that you decribe could originate from the gastrointestinal tract or the heart. Depending on your age and concurrent medical conditions, you may consider a cardiac evaluation. If the pain recurs, GI evaluation will be needed.
