Rectal bleeding, bad digestion and large intestine pain caused by food allergy???

I went through tons of tests and a scope and it is still unknown. I have loose bloody stools, but it is sporadic. Sometimes I lose a lot of blood, some time just tiny bits, sometimes mixed in stool, most times after stool. During bleeds it does not hurt at all.
After bleeds I have left lower intestinal pain and weakness.

Generally I have gas, cramping, bloating, abnormal bowel movements, no weight loss, weight is stuck in one place, often i gain more. Also recently have strange almost urine smelling sweat and heat flashes.

Huge switches between very low blood pressure to average blood pressure a bit on the higher end of the scale. Dizziness, weird attacks that are similar to hypoglycemic attacks but sugar does not help. Nausea, and lots of other terrible symptoms.

I went on a natural cleanse a few months ago. I took out all white flours, sugars, and pretty much everything in my diet during the cleanse. All i ate was healthy raw organic fruits and veggies, rice, and fish. I started juicing vegetables.
That helped me I think. During that time, the bleeding stopped and i felt better. But as soon as I introduced flour and dairy ( cheese) back into my diet - the pains and symptoms came back even worse at first.

I think I might have some weird food allergies? If that's possible, i don't know if i can live without eating those certain foods. I think it is flour that is the biggest problem. But i think it also might be cheese which makes me sad. I tried to see if it would happen with whole wheat flour but i can't remember if it did or not. I do know i can tolerate rice because it was fine during the cleanse, and i also had rice pasta.

Can an allergy or intolerance to food cause all my symptoms?

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  It sounds like you might have a gluten intolerance or celiac disease.  I don't think that you have a true allergy.  You may also be lactose intolerant.  I would recommend doing a blood test to check for celiac disease (but make sure you are eating gluten when they do the test).

Lower left pain seems to indicate it could be diverticular bleeding/diverticulitis - was any diagnostic imaging carried out like a CT scan? That should have been seen if you had a colonoscopy.

Diverticular bleeding occurs when pouches (diverticula camera) that have developed in the wall of the large intestine (colon) bleed. If you have these pouches, you have a condition called diverticulosis. Diverticular bleeding causes a large amount of blood to appear in your stool. Bleeding starts suddenly and usually stops on its own. Abdominal pain usually does not occur with the bleeding.

Diverticulitis is a common digestive disease particularly found in the large intestine. Diverticulitis develops from diverticulosis, which involves the formation of pouches (diverticula) on the outside of the colon. Diverticulitis results if one of these diverticula becomes inflamed. The most common symptom of diverticulitis is abdominal pain. The most common sign on examination is tenderness in the lower left side of the abdomen. Usually, the pain is severe and comes on suddenly, but it can also be mild and become worse over several days. The intensity of the pain can fluctuate. A person may experience cramping, nausea, vomiting, fever, chills, or a change in bowel habits.

Gluten intolerance should have been determined if they did a scope and biopsy of a portion of your colon (that is how my sister in law was diagnosed). Her bloodwork was inconclusive and needed the biopsy.
