Rectal pain and mucus

About a week ago while using the restroom I excreted a weird mucus. It felt as if I had to pass gas but instead that came out. It was an odd very light greenish color but it also looked like blood was present. The next day I had large amounts of rectal pain and it felt like it was inflamed. Im not really sure whats going on but any help qould be very much appreciated. I have had hemmeroids before but im not sure if internal hems. would cause this.
