Recurring Pains

I just wanted to ask, i was experiencing a recurring pain in my left lower back pelvic bone, left side &  in front of it or in the lower part of my somach near the pelvic joints . i think this is also connected to my knee. its like theres a pressed ligament or something. actually its not so painful, yet its bothering me especially when i need to urinate or move my bowel the slight pain is there as if the muscles there are tired but after that i ts ok again. and that when im sitting i really have to sit straight to lessen it and put something soft on my chair like a pillow where i can sit on it. i dont know exactly what body part is it but as i have seen in the picture its like the sacrum and posterior sacroliac ligament and medial condyle. these all occurs in my left body part. thank you and i hope you could help. God Bless!
