Reflux, Meniere's, Tietze's Combination

Most days I feel like a hypochondriac.  I had a Nissen fundoplication done about two years ago but still suffer from occassional heartburn and gaseous pain, vertigo-type dizziness and not feeling quite right, and ribs that pop whenever I cough or sneeze too much.  Anybody out there in a similar dilemma (or am I messed up alone?)?
