Reflux

I have been having a bad time with reflux and a very upset stomach, had an endocope a year ago and showed nothing wroing but this has increased. Was taking Prilosec but was changed to a Nexium a month ago but still not much relief. I am watching what I eat but doesn't take much to set it off, it's never really gone. I have an awful taste in my mouth all the time with this, any suggestions?
