Request for My GIT problem

Since 3years i was suffering from stomach pain and discomfort after having food till to its complete digestion, sometimes associated with gas formation. Thinking that problem is just with oil foods, i kept on avoiding such foods, still problem is persisting.
Last year According to my Gastroenteritis's advise, i underwent endoscopy, it revealed that was having gastritis and there by treated with Antibiotics like oflaxacin, omeperazole and ornidazole. Even then i was not relieved of my symptoms. My doctor started prescribing Pancreatin tablets and anxiolytics  stating that it is due to pancreatic insufficiency and part of Irritable bowel syndrome. Iam just unable to correlate these two things to happen simultaneously. kindly help me in diagnosis of my disease and its relief

You need a second opinion,  find another Gastroenterologist.  If your pancreas isn't working properly, there is a reason.  Plus, I feel like too much guessing is going on with this doctor and at your expense.  I wish you all the best and do take care.
