Requesting Interpretation of Ulcer/GERD/Gall bladder disease by GI

Dear Doc ...It woud be great if you could help me on this regards....If any one faces the same as iam please share the experience .....

It all started on october 10 ,2009 with a stabbing sharp pain ,whichs like a needle poking behind from the rib cage which was moderate pain in the upper quadrant ride side of the chest this pain was not concentrated to one particular area it was travelling all around the vicinity of the nipple .Some time when i press the area with my fingers it would give me pain .Before to this i was smoking on an average of 8 cigerettes/day and when this incident happened i reduced the frequency .I rushed to a general medicine practioner he ran ECG and found everything to be normal and said this might be due to gas problem and he prescribed me mucan gel and Veloz  for quite a period .As days passed i started having a tightess in the chest and the stabbing pain intensity increased and i felt like mychest was filled up with some sought of gas and i tried to burp a lot inorder to relieve myshelf from the tightness from the chest i used to ruck to doctor every time when i feel tigtness and difficulty in breathing in a thought that my heart is going to stop the next moment.Also my stomach bulges when i have any food.This time the doc used to give me IV inorder to relieve me from the gas and prescribed me to take pantocid . I had a burning sensation right from the eusophagous till the stomach region.I used drink a plenty of chilled water to get rid out of the burning sensation rated 4 on the scale of 1 to 5.This happened around the month of december .I visited cardiologist and he asked me to run the following test ECG,ECHO,Threadmill....all the test results came normal and the doc said that i have a target heart rate equal to that of an average athlete and every thing looks good and iam totally fine with no problem with the heart .He adviced me to see a Gasteroentologist .During jan 2010 i visited a gasteroentologist and said my problem about my burning sensation in the stomach.She suggest i run an endoscopy .The result showed that i developed erosive eusophagitis reflux she diagnosi.My spinchter was erroded and my stomach walls are erroded too.She put me on veloz 20 mg for almost 2 months( Jan 4th'10 till March 4th'10) asking me to intake 1 pill only in the morning 10 minutes before the food.I followed it for 2 months between i used to smoke not frequently quite rarely may be 4 cigerettes a week.Now  i had the stabbing pain vanished and i didnt find any reflux but i had the burning sensation inside my stomach.I consulted the GI and said about the burning sensation i had in my stomach after breakfast in the morning and vanishes after lunch with the pain been rated as 3 on the scale of 1 to 5 .Now she prescribed me to take pantocid 20 mg for again 2 more months (March 14 2010 to May 14 2010 ).I was following till april 23 and between i was smoking 2 cigerettes a day by april 23 i started having intense burning sensation in my stomach which i would rate 4 on the scale of 1 to 5.This time i approached another Gasteroentologist and he suggest me take nuclear hepatobiliary scan (HIDA scan)to see my GB function.The report showed 68% GBEF the GI told that my GB malfunction is the cause to my burning sensation in the stomach and he put me on  udiliv,digestal,lafulax at low fat diet .Now iam under this medication and still i feel the burning sensation in my stomach .This burning sensation does'nt appear to particular time it stay's there in my stomach mildly 1 on (1 to 5 ) and the intensity increases base upon the food i take also when my stomach is empty 3 on ( 1 to 5 ).The burning sensation in my stomach is in upper GI and its spread widely ,i never vomitted ,never had a headache,never had a back pain,never had a urge to vomit,My grand father is prone to ashtma,i smoke frequently but not much alcohol.Now i would like to know what cause the burning sensation in my stomach ,and how do i get rid out of it ?and what is exactly wrong with my stomach and health ???Why is the digestive system is so complex for diagnosis and why doc couldnt able to find the exact root cause and treat them ?I knew this burning sensation could be of Ulcer ,Helico bacter pylori,or due to taking of NSAIDs ,basicall of rupturing the wall of the digestive system..... But what is exactly wrong with my body ??? Is it ulcer ?GERD ?or Gall disease ....Please help me answer this ....
