Returning pre-operative symtoms(symptoms) Post operative gall bladder surgery in mid-June 09

I had gallbladder surgery in mid-June 2009. The symtoms (symptoms) I had prior to the surgery seemed to have returned as they were before the surgery...the symtoms (symptoms) include: pain in lower right quadrant of my stomach, stiff neck, lower back pain, sometimes feel feverish and sweat....would welcome any comments and or recommendations....

Could be SOD (Sphinter ODDI) ? 10 -15% of patients that have had gallbladder surgery and still report similiar symtoms (symptoms) after surgery have this.  MRCP is the test that test to see if you have it.  Not saying that you do but it is worth testing to see if you have it.  I had my gallbladder removed and I still have the same symtoms (symptoms) plus I started having pains in my upper left abdomen now also. I am trying to get my doctor to perform this test but she does not think that I have it since my pain on my left and right upper abdomen.  I am so confused on what I have also so I thought I would let you know about this test.
