Right rib pain, gastro probs, missed menstrual cycle

I am a 41 year old woman who has had the mystery pain under the right rib cage that moves around to the back for about 1 month now. SAME symptoms as most of the posts I have read. I am swollen in the abdomen, and have missed my mesntrual cycle too. I thought it was a tubal pregnancy, but after a pelvic Ultrasound, and LOTS of blood work, nothing shows up.No infections, all internal organs are within normal, ect.. I am doing the cleanse for the liver/gall stones today, and scheduled for another US next week of the upper abdomen and just sent in a stool sample too. I am encouraged that there are so many others who understand these symptoms and are willing to write,but also feeling discouraged that noone has a good diagnosis for this.I cannot afford to spend thousands on tests by MDs who have no idea what the problem is, and willnot be able to offer releif. If anyone else is missing their periods,or has had great success with this cleanse, please let me know...God Bless us all!
