Right upper abdominal pain

I am a 40 yo female...
Lately, I have been having some on and off pain right below my rt.rib.
It doesn't happen in any consistent manner. It had been happening since Monday, on and off.

It hasn't gotten worse,just pretty much staying the same.

My stool is yellow, and on Monday, was loose. I've been eating rice, banana, etc.. and today it's formed, but still yellow.

I had an endoscopy,and abdominal US in 2005, both were negative.I had this done because last December, I had about a month of on and off nausea, feeling full, decreased appetite, yellow stool... All the tests( stool cultures, blood work etc...) came back negative.
I had some rectal bleeding in April, and the colonoscopy revealed some ulcers on my ileum, ( the  biopsy was negative for Crohn's.)
However, I was diagnosed with mild ulcerative proctitis . I've been taking Canasa suppositories since APril, and I have not had any issues with it since the end of the summer.




Prior to this I've been feeling fine...normal stool color, consistency, eating fine, no pain, nothing...

My appetite is ok, a little decreased, but nothing too abnormal.
Exercising still, not affecting anything else.

It's just kind of painful, like a dull achy type pain.

is stomach cancer a possibility? Would the endoscopy a year ago decrease the chances of that?

What else could it be??

I have an appointment with my GI but not until Nov 10 th.

A normal endoscopy would make stomach cancer unlikely.  

Further evaluation of the gallbladder can be considered.  This can include a HIDA scan with CCK stimulation to evaluate the gallbladder ejection fraction.

More specialized testing of the upper digestive tract can also be considered.  This can include a gastric emptying scan, looking for gastroparesis, or esophageal motility studies.  

These options can be discussed with your personal physician or gastroenterologist.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

It is very hard to diagnose any kind of IBD. If I were you I would ask for another colonscopy. If they did find ulcers in your Ileum and you had a negative biopsy, what was causing the ulcers?

I am a 23 year old healthy female (110lbs) with no significant health problems.  About a month ago I developed a slight dull pain just below my right rib cage. It is constant and the pain never fluctuates. It is there when I wake up and there when I go to sleep. It isn't really painful, just rather annoying. I have no other symptoms as far as fever, vomitting etc. But I have noticed a hard lump in the same location. I have never had a gallbladder attack or anything like that, but I am concerned it's something serious. I had an upper G.I and an ultrasound about a year and half ago for other reasons. They came back negative.  Is this gallbladder realted? Could I just wait it out to see if it goes away?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
