Risks involved with multiple liver resections

I am a 24 year old female. I was diagnosed with hepatic adenomas in 2005.  I was orginally sent to the emergency room for a possible blood clot in my lung.  I was wearing the ortho evra birth control patch at the time.  I underwent surgery August of 2007 to remove several tumors.  My Doctors only could remove one as it had grown from the size of a baseball to a grapefruit in a matter of weeks.  I still have tumors and it's only been a year since surgery and they are still growing.  What are my risks if I have to have another surgery on my liver when my liver hasn't fully regenerated?  What are my options?
