I began a daily regimen of yogurt with active cultures and after nearly two weeks, I am all but free of the burps, gas
foods, less dairy and more veggies and it seems to be doing the trick. I have one in the morning before breakfast and one just before bed time. If this continues, I may try to go to one a day in the morning....and I will post my results.
Believe me, after battling this thing for weeks and months at a time over the last two years, it feels good to have relief from the symptoms.....because it has NO real basis in medicine, according to the doctors who I have worked with to resolve it. This was something I simply stumbled upon.
