SGPT Value

Hi,

I have this strange issue where I feel pressure build up in my chest and stomach and unless I burp it makes me feel uncomfortable.

Sometimes I am unable to burp and I can feel some strange noise in my chest mostly.

I had acute problem earlier and had a SGOT and SGPT test done which showed high values.After taking treatment the values reduced for SGOT and for SGPT it was 40 U/L which I think is the higher side threshold.I felt a lot better and the above symptoms reduced.

Now again I have started feeling same symptoms and I had again went through a SGOT and SGPT test.The value for SGOT is normal but SGPT is again stagnant at 40U/L.

Any thoughts or suggestion on what this could  be and how can I get rid of it completely.
