SGPT not reducing

I had Hepatitis A last month. The test results for Bilirubin was17.7 and SGPT was 1286. After 2 weeks, the results were Bilirubin:1.8 and SGPT : 280. I had taken complete rest and had taken food as advised by the doctor.

But thereafter, 3 weeks have passed my SGPT count is hovering around the same 270. And bilirubin has reduced to 1.6. I am still taking complete rest and following the same food habits.

Please advice whether I can join office. My office work does not require too much field work. Moreover, I want to know how much time will it take to bring the SGPT values within normal range.
