STOMACH BURNED A BIT BEFORE LUNCH

hi everyone,

i was diagnosed 2 days with mild esophagitis and gastritis.

the dr said i basically have a lazy stomach.anyhow he gave me a bunch of tests to
do and some pills pantoprazole 40 mg 1 a day.

he just told me i should not eat candy , fried foods and onions - tomato .
never said what should i eat!!!

basically since yday i started my diet i was doing quite good but today my stomach burned a bit .
no reflux though today none at all or sore throat. is this normal that it hurt today or should i call him.

its a lot better now that i've eaten.

i am 34fem with hashimotos underactive thyroid. 57 kgs, 1,65 cm and exercise 5 tims a week.
