Same right upper quadrant pain

I also get right upper quadrant pain. It seems to hurt mostly in the evening or when I've had a heavy meal. I had my gallbladder out years ago, so it can't be stones, Besides, it doesn't hurt as bad as those gallstones did. But it is really annoying and almost feels like a big bubble or something. What do you think it could be? I've had it for years, probably 5 or so.

I think so many of us wish we knew what caused it. Ive had gallbladder checked twice and had an abdominal ultrasound of kidneys, liver, gallbladder, spleen, aorta, pancreas and bile duct and nothing all normal. Had bloodwork to check all my functions and all normal. I wish i knew too.
