Scared to death

I have a sore up inside of my anal area and it bleeds a little bit, and hurts, when I have a bowel movement. What could this be? Also on the left side, right outside of my anal area, I have a wobbly bump that hasn't grown any and it doesn't hurt, what could that be also? Please help this is really stressing me out.

I am 40 years old. I'm PRAYING that he won't have to do anything like give me a shot or anything, that scares me the most. Doctors don't care if they inflict horrible pain on someone, they don't have to feel it. I do have my doctor's appt. today at 3:00 so I guess I'll be waiting for the verdict from him, uuuugghh!

How old are you?  I doubt he will give you any kind of shot there.

I have always had difficulties with my bowel movements, ever since I was a child.  I try to do things to make it easier for me to go, but I have had A LOT of difficulties going and painful ones at that.  If I have to anything at all, I am praying it is just hemorroids, it's better than cancer.  I do go to the doctor on Wednesday which in itself is always scary, the "not knowing" part anyways. It's a little humiliating too.  I just hope he won't have to give me any kind of a shot down there, that's what terrifies me the most.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Have you been constipated recently?  It sounds like you might have hemmorhoids.  I would recommend you talk to a doctor about this.
