Schilling Testing

I have been diagnosed with B12 Deficiency. I understand that a Schilling test will determine if the cause is a lack of intrinsic factor.  I cannot locate anywhere in Northern Virginia that performs this test.  How can I or my Doctor locate a place where I can have this critical testing.  Getting B12 injections are not working for me.
