Searching for Colon Information

For the past 6 months, I have been having night sweats (3-4 per month), low, dull & achy back pain that feels internal over into my flanks, achy muscles (especially in the morning), headaches, foggy head, and occasional diarrhea. I have a growth, like a hemorrhoid on my anus, and it feels like glass is coming out when go #2. There has been blood in my stool for the past 3 weeks or so.
I just went to see my gyno. I had a yeast infection last year. I received samples for treatment; however, all year I noticed minor signs of the yeast infection. Upon my check-up yesterday, it turns out that I have another yeast infection. Possibly, I have had my yeast infection for a whole year! :-(
What might be wrong with me?
