Second Opinion?

Second Opinion?

To make a very long story short, I'm very concerned about the possibility of a problem with my pancreas.

I've had weight loss, floating bowel movements, indigestion, loss of appetite(though it is now improving), early feeling of fullness when eating, prolonged feeling of fullness after eating, back pain that I can't determine if it's muscular or not, belching, a vague (intermittent) stomach ache, and I sometimes get a feeling of pressure right below my sternum.

A new symptom that I just started noticing in the past day or two, is a feeling of hunger very soon after I've already eaten

I've had every test under the sun including an abdominal ultrasound, EGD, colonoscopy, CT scan, stool test, and blood tests.

I finally got into see an GI yesterday and he gave me three possibilities...Giardiasis, bacterial overgrowth, or chronic pancreatitis...

I'm concerned because I know that CT scans can sometimes miss pancreatic "issues" and pancreatic cancer can sometimes be mistaken for chronic pacreatitis.  I'm only 31 ad PC is rare at my age, but it certainly does happen.

Should I get a second opinion of my original CT scan?   If so, how the heck wold I go about doing that?  I had the scan done about 1 month ago...is that too much time, should I request another one?

Thanks.
