Seton Drain Question
I went to the ER last week and had an perianal abscess drained. I was referred to a colo-rectal surgeon and he said I had a fistula. He said I will need to have a seton drain put in and a colonoscopy to rule out crohn's disease. He said the seton is no big deal and I will just need to take about 3 days off work. When I look up online people have said they need 1-2 weeks off work. Does anyone have any experience with these things. If so could you please share your experiences.
