Severe Chest Pain with Gas
After eating, especially anything with grease (butter, cheese, tacos, some meats, pasta, etc), gas forms in the chest and causes severe chest pains. Leaning forward, then bending backward to belch repeatedly eventually brings relief. Usually takes 10-20 min or so. Sometimes accompanied with drooling the longer it lasts and when the pain is really bad. Once relief comes, all energy is completely gone and am left totally weak. Although I have angina it doesn't act the same. Was wondering if it could be gallstones or something worse? Dr prescribed weight loss and Simethicone.  Not much progress with the first so far, and no help from the second. Any suggestions?
