Severe Gastric Pain

Sorry for posting this post in here and GERD because I'm not sure about my problem too.

I've been experiencing severe gastric pain for 7 years now and it has been getting worse recently. At first, it occurs about once in 3 months, but now it's about once every month. The pain lasts for about 3 hours. It usually occur once or twice in 2 days. Can you diagnose what's the cause? I'm only 16+ year old now, thanks. My doctor told me that it could be due to pressure, and I've been visiting my psychologist every half a year, but I don't think it's due to pressure though, I'm just scared it's something else. Thanks for your help.

It may be trapped gas in the colon what oten occurs in IBS. I suggest you to try a "low fodmap diet" (search online). It's a diet low in sugars: fructose, HFCS, lactose..
