Severe Gastroparesis, Abdominal Pain, Very tired

I have developed severe Gastroparesis over last several months, have bloated/painful abdomen (especially after eating a meal), constipation then diarrehea, pain when in bathroom.I received results of blood work that ranked my glucose level at 114. All other results of blood work were normal. I have had a Nissan Fundoplication for severe GERD a couple years ago. Surgeon ordered an upper GI. Result after 15 hour fast, was food was still present in stomach and GERD was not present. Complete test could not be conducted due to presence of food.

Has anyone had a similar experience? What could possibly be happening to me? I see the surgeon that performed Nissan this week and was wondering what questions I should ask.
