Severe Lower Stomach Pain & Bloating

Hi Guys,
My girlfriend has lower stomach pain and a lot of bloating in the lower stomach since the beginning of the year. Whenever she is getting close to having her period and during her period the pain completely subsides. Moreover, she is living in the UAE and was for 2 month over the summer in Canada where the pain subsided as well.
She then did two Colonoscopies. The first one couldn't be completed and the doctor wasn't very good. The second Colonoscopy was completed, and i attached the results below in the pictures.
Now the doctor says that he can't really find much that could cause such strong pains and swelling (She really is in a lot of pain). He prescribed her half a tablet of Tryptizol every night before going to bed against nausea and one Pentasa Sachet every night before food against irritated bowel disease.
Moreover, she did a Gastroscopy which didn't show anything.
Can anyone of you help or might have had a similar experience? Is the doctor right with his treatment suggestions? She is also on the pill (Yasmine) which she started only in May though but wasn't taken while she was in Canada and the pain subsided.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I think you should find a different GI doctor.  Pentasa Sachet is for IBD (inflammatory bowel disease) which the colonoscopy says she doesn't have.  She probably has IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) which is something completely different.  Has she tried eliminating different foods from her diet like lactose and gluten?
