Severe Stomach Burning - Nonulcer

Severe Stomach Burning - Nonulcer

I already had a Vagatomy, pylorplastimy & fundiplication
years ago (ruined my life) so I can't have
ulcers or excess acid... right ???

For 6-8 nights now about 3 AM I get Severe Burning in the stomach
that last for 4-6 hours and brings tears to my eyes.

I do have a high stress problem (at this time)
and have had a recent Endoscopy that
was all clear and no bacteria inflammation (as once before).
Could Dr. have irritated or messed up my Fundiplication or ???

Also they did an ultrasound of abdomen area.. so guess not gall bladder ?

I can't believe stress can cause this severe a burning pain ?

Tried Antispasmodic / Simethicone meds but no relief! and mostly
for IBS of which mine has been better lately...

I am currently in Turkey & not Ireland or USA so don't know
what is powerful enough to stop the burning - I am losing it
over this plus no sleep... Even taking some pain meds.

I know what not to eat or drink already for my GI problems.
Been eating rice, boiled chicken, and plain pasta for a week now...
I am passing extra gas & grumblings in belly with some pain up
under left ribs (= part of stomach I think)

Please help!  In states I would try Pepto Bismol, Mylanta, Malloxx, etc..
but when burn this bad - not much stops it --- = Gastritis ????

Thanks & all feedback appreciated!
