Severe bloating 24/7 chest pain

I have been bloated for about a month.  I feel if I could just pass gas or burp I would be fine.  It started while on vacation in Texas.  Initially,   I could still eat just fine.  I am 46 and have been able to eat and drink anything with vey little problems.  Slight heartburn or constipation but nothing I couldn't deal with.  Now I am severely bloated and can't eat anything and I have chest pain sometimes with it.  Also, short on breath when the bloating is at it's worst.Nothing cardiac as I have had all tests. I am in great shape except for this problem and I have not been able to work for the last week.  Liquids seem to go down fine.  I have had numerous tests, CT scans  x-rays,  endoscopy.  All checks out fine.  I am now starting the fructose, gluten, etc., breath tests,  I've asked to test my stool and I suppose a colonscopy after those.  Any help would be greatly appeciated as to how to relieve this bloating.  Thanks.
