Severe stomach pain, nausea, migranes.

Alright, Im 21 years old, and i have a 2 year old daughter, delivered by c-section. ive been to probably 8-10 different doctors this year, one of which was a specialty stomach surgeon. I live in a rural area, where hardly any of the drs will take 5 min to let you talk. Ive had test after test done, and nothing shows up. The only thing recently found was high liver enzymes.
I have severe stomach cramps where i find a spot in the floor in the bathroom and lay on my stomach and bring my knees to my chest. The pain is center around my stomach stretching across my right side, all the way around to my back, I sweat, cant breath, and cannot get in a comfortable position for it to stop hurting. It hurts until i throw up. My bowel movements are not like they used to be, slightly green, in explaining to the drs, they say it sounds like my gallbladder. However, ive had 3 tests performed on my gallbladder, the performance is at mid 70%, and no gall stones. When i throw up it is sometimes yellow or green(after the food comes up).  As soon as my liver enzymes came back high, they tested me for all versions of hepatitis, all negative.
I have severe migranes, which a chiropracter ive been seeing says is because of an accident i had in January 08. Ive had problems with all of this ever since, although it seems the back pain i have from herniated disks isnt related to my stomach pains.
In addition to the high liver enzymes i am slightly overweight, without running anything but a normal liver panel, which shows the high enzymes, they automatically say i have a fatty liver.
In an effort for answers, last time i had one of these attacks i went to an emergency room over an hour away. They ran multiple labs, which they gave me to take to a dr they recommended.

Abnormal lab results. The ER dr circled the ones that were off for me.

SGOT (AST)  117   High.   AST is a protein made by liver cells. When liver cells are damaged, AST leaks out into the bloodstream and the level of AST in the blood becomes higher than normal.

Anion Gap        6   Low   A measurement of the interval between the sum of "routinely measured" cations minus the sum of the "routinely measured" anions in the blood.
A low anion gap is relatively rare but may occur from the presence of abnormal positively charged proteins, as in multiple myeloma.

Bun/Creat Ratio 11 Low
The BUN (blood urea nitrogen) is an indirect measure of urea.  Urea is the end product of protein metabolism and its production in the body reflects the amount of protein in the diet.

SGPT (ALT)     150 High ALT is measured to see if the liver is damaged or diseased. Low levels of ALT are normally found in the blood. But when the liver is damaged or diseased, it releases ALT into the bloodstream, which makes ALT levels go up. Most increases in ALT levels are caused by liver damage.

MPV    11.4  High     Mean Platelet Volume (MPV) is a measurement of the average size of platelets found in blood and is typically included in blood tests. Since the average platelet size is larger when the body is producing increased numbers of platelets, MPV test results can be used to make inferences about platelet production in bone marrow.
An elevated platelet count is known as thrombocytosis.Mild to moderately elevated platelet counts are commonly seen when chronic inflammation is present. In other cases a high platelet count can signal a more serious blood problem known as a myeloproliferative disorder (abnormal growth of blood cell elements within the bone marrow).

Whats here is all i know, I found out a couple weeks ago, that my liver enzymes have been high at every dr ive seen this(last) year that has taken the blood tests. The best dr i have, my obgyn, sadly had more to say to help me than any other dr ive seen. I wasnt informed, nor were any tests taken on the high liver enzyme count, it was only after my obgyn called down my charts, that he told me.  Its frustrating when you go see a dr and they tell you  without anything but a few questions tell you you are having intestinal migraines??? and give you a medicine for "head" migraines. and "release you from their care". Alot of them just look at me like im crazy after the labs come back and ive described the symptoms. One doctor ordered a ct scan for my headaches, but my medicaid wouldnt approve it, so anyone with any answers to what this could be, please reply.
