Tough to say without examining you. There are various causes of dyspepsia that can
leadLead poisoning to the symptoms. This can include an ulcer, inflammation of the upper digestive tract, as well as GERD.
Also, running after eating a meal is generally not advised, and certainly may contribute to the symptoms.
Reasonable initial tests would be an upper GI series or upper endoscopy. If the symptoms continue, an abdominal ultrasound can be considered to evaluate the liver and gallbladder. A blood test can be considered to evaluate for a bacteria known as H Pylori, which is associated with an ulcer or inflammation.
You may want to consider a referral to a GI physician for further evaluation.
