Sgot and Sgpt Levels..

I recently had my mothers(age=54 yrs) Whole Body Checkup done.. Physician who reviewed the reports in the end said not to worry for any of the High/Low levels reported for some of the tests, bt i found him a little crazy, since he took everything verry lightly..
just wanted to confirm that SGOT=43 and SGPT=70 are the values to be worried for?? She has had her gall bladder removed 6 years back(gall bladder stone operation).
Also her Liver and Spleen is a bit enlarged(as is mentioned in the reports), to which doctor again said that its normal in this age!
Do i need to worry??
