I have had pain in my upper right quadrant and have had a CT scan on my gallbladder, a MRI on my gallbladder, the gallbladder functioning test, and finally an endioscopy. All of these tests were negative. I have now had blood drawn to be tested for Celiac and am still awaiting the results on that test. However, after doing a little research on my own, I have been drawn to the possibility that I may have an endogastric hernia. Is this something that my gastroenterologist can tell just from touch? He has never made a suggestion that this might be what is causing my pain. Does this sound like something I should explore? I am at my wits end from being in pain for about 4 months now and through so many meaningless tests.
hi, while endogastric hernia is a real possibility, diagnosis by touch is insufficient. you might want to explore a possible inflammed diaphram, gallbladder pain mimics this condition.
