4 months ago I noticed pain on the left side of my stomach(near the belly button and a little above). The pain came and gone and I ignored it hoping it go away on its own. Then about a month ago, my 13 mo old daughter was sitting on my stomach(in the same area) and I was unable to breathe, Again, i ignored it. Then in the past few weeks i have completely lost my appetite and noticed I would get nauseous when I would try to eat. Three days I ago I finally decided to go to the emergency room and get things checked out. They did an ultrasound, X-ray, and ran blood tests. all came back relatively normal except for the fact that I had no gas in my stomach. Literally full of crap! It was weird considering I do go to the bathroom regularly and didnt expect it but that what they decided on and then prescribed me a powder to mix with my drink for the next two weeks in hopes to loosen things up and get it all cleaned out. Then tonight, after taking the second dose of the powder, I went pee and did not even try to go to the bathroom at all(I wasnt straining) and my butt felt wet. I wiped, and there was bloody mucus. Is this a side effect of the medication or is something else wrong?
