Should I still have CT/MRI or Liver Biopsy since US showed I have fatty liver?

How far should I go with these tests if the ultrasound showed this about my liver??  Can someone explain what that description of [U]homogeneous increase in fatty infiltration[/U] ?  Should I even need to get a liver biopsy if the ultrasound showed this ?   I am waiting on the labwork as it is pending because it was sent to another lab to get the final results on that part.  Labwork for all kinds of things were ordered to determine what caused this to happen.  I appreciate your help.  [U]One thing for sure is that when the US tech did her scan I felt pain in certain areas when she was looking at my liver to let me know my pain is NOT in my head and is Real[/U].
